1. Who we are

The Carpet Cleaning College is a trading name of Shadow CEO Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 10457369. Registered office: 197 Warburton Road, Poole, Dorset. BH17 8SE. You can contact us here.

2. Who our memberships are for

Our memberships are business training and support for carpet cleaners. By joining, you confirm you’re joining for business purposes, not as a private consumer.

3. Our memberships

Business Accelerator Essentials: £1 for the first 7 days, then £39 a month.
Business Accelerator Pro: £1 for the first 7 days, then £189 a month.

Currently there is no VAT applicable on these prices. What’s included in each membership is described on our website.

4. The £1 trial

Your trial lasts 7 days from the date you join.
If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your monthly payment is taken automatically on day 8 and on the same date each month after that.
During a Pro trial you get access to starter resources and Week 1 of the “Pricing for Profit” course. Full access to The Vault and 1-to-1 coaching starts once your first monthly payment has been made.
One trial per person or business.

5. Payments

Payments are taken automatically each month using the payment method you joined with.
If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it’s sorted.
We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change. You can cancel before it takes effect if you don’t want to continue.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by clicking on the relevant button in your Vault or by contacting us directly.
Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
We don’t give refunds for part-months or unused time.
If you rejoin later the weekly emails and courses start from the beginning.

7. 1-to-1 coaching (PRO members day 8+ only)

Pro members can have one 45-minute session each month, once the trial has finished.
Unused sessions don’t roll over to the next month.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to rearrange. Otherwise the session will count as used.

8. Using our content

Everything in the membership (courses, guides, templates, videos and tools) belongs to us.
You’re welcome to use the templates, scripts and adverts in your own business.
You mustn’t share your login, pass on or resell our materials, or copy them for anyone else.
We may end your membership without a refund if these terms are broken.

9. No guarantees

We share practical advice from real experience, but results depend on you, your business and your area, so we can’t guarantee any particular outcome. Our content is general business guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Any figures used are examples only.

10. Our liability

We’re not responsible for any loss of profit, business or income arising from your use of the membership. Our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you’ve paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes

We may update the membership content and these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we’ll let members know by email.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
