For quite a few years, The Carpet Cleaning College has helped carpet cleaners with marketing, pricing, sales, profit and running a better business.
That’s now changing. Not the aims. Just the method.
I’m currently rebuilding the College around something much more practical — less endless theory, fewer huge courses to work through, and far more things you can actually use in your business.
That means ready-made adverts, customer emails, sales tools, pricing calculators, referral systems, business checks, marketing campaigns, templates, practical guides and ongoing support.
The existing courses aren’t disappearing either. There is a huge amount of useful material in them, and I’m going through it, updating the strongest parts and turning much of it into easier-to-use resources.
The new Carpet Cleaning College will be built around helping you:
- get more of the right customers;
- improve your pricing and profit;
- convert more enquiries into jobs;
- generate more repeat work and referrals;
- market your business more effectively;
- and generally run a stronger, more organised business.
The Business Accelerator Program
A new Business Accelerator membership is also being developed, including regular practical help, The Vault of business resources and, for Pro members, personal coaching and deeper support.
Why I’m Doing It
I’ve been involved in carpet cleaning for more than 20 years, and I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.
I’m not interested in turning this into another “get rich quick” business course or pretending there’s some magic marketing trick that fixes everything.
There isn’t.
But good ideas, better systems, sensible pricing and consistent action can make a very big difference.
That’s what the new College is going to concentrate on.
Bear With Me While I Rebuild It For A New Era of Carpet Cleaners
You’ll start seeing new pages, resources and tools appearing across the site over the coming weeks.
Some parts may change as I work through the old material and decide what stays, what needs updating and what can be improved. If you’re already familiar with the College, I hope you’ll like where it’s heading.
